Marietta Trade Center
The Marietta Trade Center is a 270,000 square foot project on Cobb Parkway in Marietta, Georgia. Built in 1987, this development was anchored by Walmart, Sam's Club, Cub Foods and had a variety of national retailer tenants.
Kauffman Tire
JEBCO Ventures has worked with Kauffman Tire stores across the Atlanta metro area to acquire land and build out retail locations. These acquisitions and build outs were performed primarily as lease purchase transactions with JEBCO providing capital and development services.

JEBCO Ventures, Inc. developed Integrity Bank Suites in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Eastside Village
Eastside Village is a 25 acre mixed use commercial project located in Conyers Georgia. JEBCO acquired the land, designed and developed all infrastructure improvements and then sold parcels to national retailers including: Wendy's, McDonald's, Family Dollar, O'Reilly Autoparts, Taco Bell, Kids R Kids day care and a Quik Trip Convenience & Gas facility. JEBCO built an additional 60,000 square feet of office and retail space.
Grand Pavilion
Grand Pavilion is a retail and professional offices development in John's Creek, Georgia. It has 63,000 square feet of mixed-use space.
Orchard Village
Orchard Village is now known as Village Walk, located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Village Walk is a neighborhood shopping center featuring a variety of retailers from Publix, Verizon, Chase, Anytime Fitness, Circle K, and more.
