Eastside Village is a 25 acre mixed use commercial project located in Conyers Georgia. JEBCO acquired the land, designed and developed all infrastructure improvements and then sold parcels to national retailers including: Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Family Dollar, O’Reilly Autoparts, Taco Bell, Kids R Kids day care and a Quik Trip Convenience & Gas facility. JEBCO built an additional 60,000 square feet of office and retail space.
